Requirements

This application is written in Java and will be run on the same computer that you are using to view this page. Therefore, you must have a recent Java runtime environment installed. If you do not already have it installed, you can download a Java runtime environment for most hardware platforms from Sun Microsystems and install it.

This application requires access to resources on your computer. For example, read access to a file in order to display its contents. This is not normally enabled for Java applications downloaded from the web. To permit this functionality, the first time this application is run, the Java runtime will display a warning that the application is requesting access to resources on your computer. You will need to grant this access for the application to be able to run.

License

This application is available for use by all current clients of Kelman Data Management. To check this requirement, this application will make a brief network connection to Kelman Data Management on startup to validate that it is being run within the enviroment of a client. Other uses are not permitted.
